Meet Tania Williams

So, who am I? I am a kid from Brooklyn who knew she wanted to be a lawyer since she was 5. I am the first person in my family to graduate college and go to law school. I am a former prosecutor, former law school professor and current business owner. Yes, this firm is a business. So, I understand where you are right now. I understand the feeling of building something from nothing and doing everything you can to protect it. I also understand the need and desire to have someone who can guide you through the process.

Am I smart? Sure. I started college at the ripe old age of 17 (as in I turned 17 one week before I started at the University of Miami), and graduated law school and took the bar exam before turning 24. I was on law review, graduated towards the top of my law school class and can learn almost anything (that is not science) pretty quickly. If you ask my friends, they will tell you that I have more degrees than a thermometer and they’re probably right. But the smartest thing I know is that your goals are my primary concern, and you deserve 110% of my effort every time.

Am I experienced? Absolutely! I have been a lawyer for almost twenty years. I am licensed in Florida, California and the District of Columbia. I have tried more cases by myself than some entire firms altogether. I have experience in 10 different practice areas, and have handled cases at the trial and appellate level. I practice in federal court and know how to create a litigation strategy that is effective. Most importantly, I know how to use all my knowledge and experience to advise you on the best path to achieving your goals, even if that path does not involve using my services.
